You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using HideBoost, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

HideBoost provides game boosting services, connecting clients with professional boosters. Our services include but are not limited to:

• PvE content completion (raids, dungeons, mythic+)
• PvP rating and arena boosting
• Character leveling services
• In-game currency and resource farming
• Achievement and reputation grinding

Important: HideBoost is a platform connecting clients and boosters. We do not directly provide boosting services but facilitate transactions between parties.

You acknowledge that boosting services may involve account sharing, which may violate the Terms of Service of certain games (including but not limited to World of Warcraft, operated by Blizzard Entertainment).

Warning: Using boosting services that involve account sharing carries inherent risks, including but not limited to account suspension or termination by game publishers.

By using our Services, you:

• Acknowledge and accept these risks
• Agree that HideBoost is not responsible for any actions taken by game publishers
• Release HideBoost from any liability related to account actions by third parties
• Understand that "self-play" options eliminate account-sharing risks

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount for services ordered
• Provide accurate payment information
• Accept responsibility for all charges incurred
• Understand that prices are final once an order is confirmed

We accept payment via credit card (through Stripe) and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Summary:

• Orders can be cancelled before a booster claims them for a full refund
• Partial refunds may be available based on completion percentage
• Refund requests must be submitted through proper channels
• We reserve the right to deny fraudulent refund requests

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or boosters
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools on our platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities or chargebacks

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content on HideBoost, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HideBoost or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of our Services
• Create derivative works based on our Services

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

HideBoost disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission
• Accuracy or completeness of content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HideBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes but is not limited to damages for:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or system failures
• Actions taken by game publishers (bans, suspensions)
• Unauthorized access to your accounts
• Errors or omissions in content
• Actions of third-party boosters

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HideBoost, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Actions taken by game publishers on your accounts
• Any fraudulent or illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Abusive behavior toward staff or boosters
• Suspected illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We are not liable for any losses resulting from account termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
