Our Refund Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with our service, we offer refunds based on order completion status. Full refunds are available before work begins, and partial refunds are calculated fairly based on progress made.

1. General Refund Policy

HideBoost offers refunds based on order completion status at the time of the refund request. We aim to be fair to both clients and boosters who have invested time and effort into orders.

Key Principles:

  • Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of order completion
  • Full refunds are available before a booster claims your order
  • Partial refunds decrease as order completion increases
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 1-3 business days for most refunds

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

100% Full Refund - Instant Processing

If no booster has claimed your order yet, you can cancel for a full refund at any time. This includes:

  • Orders waiting in the order board
  • Orders pending booster acceptance
  • Orders you change your mind about before work starts

To cancel: Go to your Order Dashboard and click the "Cancel Order" button.

3. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once a booster has claimed your order and begun work, refund amounts are calculated based on completion percentage:

0-25% Complete: 75-100% Refund

Minimal work has been done. Most of your payment will be refunded minus a small service fee for booster time invested.

26-50% Complete: 50-75% Refund

Significant progress made. Refund calculated based on remaining work. Booster receives fair compensation for work completed.

51-75% Complete: 25-50% Refund

Order is more than halfway done. Partial refund available for remaining work. Majority of payment goes to booster.

76-100% Complete: No Refund

Order is nearly complete or finished. No refund available as booster has completed the agreed service. If you're unsatisfied, contact support for resolution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Completed Orders: Service has been fully delivered as described
  • Client Error: Wrong account information, wrong region, incorrect credentials provided
  • Account Actions: Your account was banned or suspended by the game publisher (see exceptions in Section 7)
  • Client Unavailability: For self-play orders where client is unavailable for extended periods
  • Changed Mind: After order is 75%+ complete
  • Fraudulent Requests: Chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of refund policy
  • Violation of Terms: Client violated our Terms of Service during order

5. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Submit Request

  • Go to your Order Dashboard
  • Find the order you wish to cancel
  • Click "Request Refund" or "Cancel Order"
  • Provide a reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

Step 2: Review Process

  • Automatic approval for orders not yet claimed (instant processing)
  • Manual review for orders in progress (assessed by support team)
  • Decision within 24 hours for most cases
  • Email notification with refund decision and amount

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed to original payment method
  • 1-3 business days for Stripe (credit card)
  • 1-2 business days for PayPal
  • Additional time may be required by your bank/card issuer

6. Service Quality Issues

If you experience quality issues with your order (booster not following instructions, slow progress, poor communication), please contact support before requesting a refund.

We will:

  • Investigate the issue with the assigned booster
  • Reassign your order to a different booster if necessary
  • Extend deadline without additional charge
  • Offer compensation or partial refund for delays
  • Escalate to management for serious violations

Our goal is to resolve issues and ensure you receive the service you paid for. Refunds are a last resort when we cannot satisfy your order.

7. Account Ban/Suspension Policy

Important: Account Security

While extremely rare, there is a risk that game publishers may take action against accounts using boosting services. Our refund policy for such situations:

Booster Error (Our Responsibility):

  • Booster used bots, hacks, or exploits
  • Booster behaved suspiciously or violated game rules
  • VPN was not used as required

Full refund + compensation

Game Publisher Action (Not Our Responsibility):

  • Normal account-sharing detection by game publisher
  • Random security checks
  • Unrelated violations (pre-existing issues)

No refund - Risk acknowledged in Terms of Service

Self-play orders eliminate account-sharing risks. Consider this option if account security is your top priority.

8. Chargebacks

Warning: Chargebacks are considered fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider instead of requesting a refund through proper channels:

  • Your account will be permanently banned
  • You will be blacklisted from future services
  • We will dispute the chargeback and provide evidence
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks
